Joint enterprise

Not that easy, blogging! I haven’t finished the last one, but now my mind is preoccupied with the iniquities of the joint enterprise law, both because of the numerous wrongful convictions, resulting in murder convictions and life sentences, suffered by innocent bystanders or even people who have nothing to do with crimes committed by others (see earlier post).

The subjects I post are linked. They are all to do with representation, and how power is exercised through representation. What methods of representation enable us to see clearly that which the state wants us to think we see? Eventually I will answer this question and draw the blog strands together: either that, or you will have to read the book.
